    • 10-14 April- Tango Holiday in Italy.
      Borgo Spoltino is a unique tango venue immersed in the Italian countryside in the wine-producing region of Abruzzo. Course schedule includes both Tango and Argentinian Folklore. Full Programme here. Registration ends on 1st of March 2009

      30 July: tango performance at Fiesta Festa Latin Party, Dandelion Bar, Stephen´s Green, Dublin 2

      3-6 September:  7th International Tango Festival in Ireland: dance and music performances, workshops, food tasting, film screening. Various venues in Dublin.

      • 12th, 13th, 14th February- Tango dancers Hernan Catvin and Simona Zaino perform with the National Youth Orchestra directed by Fionnula Hunt. Various venues in Dublin, Cork and Carlow. www.nyoi.ie
